Beautiful things take time.

From Seed to Bloom

Nestled by the sea in South Lunenburg County, I grow a curated selection of beautiful, sweetly scented, and heirloom florals that thrive in our maritime climate. My flowers are lovingly grown from ‘seed to bloom’ — from late winter seed sowing to the hand-selection and harvest of exceptional specialty blooms.

Beautiful things take time. In a world where we are so often disconnected from the sources of things, it gives me great joy to be able to say that these are my flowers, grown right here, with these hands. They are an invitation to pause, take notice of the little details, and delight in the wonder of the natural world.

Cultivating Abundance

From the fragrant narcissus, peony tulips, and ruffled ranunculus of spring to the scented roses, rambling sweet peas and dahlias of summer, our seaside micro-climate and specialized growing methods produce an abundance of beauty.

I work within the context of the seasons; I believe that the magic of flowers lies in their ephemeral beauty, and in the anticipation of their return each year. My garden-based floral design studio is open from late April through October, and for select events during the winter months.
