Beautiful things take time.

From Seed to Bloom

Nestled by the sea in Lunenburg County, I grow a curated selection of rare, sweetly scented, and heirloom florals. My flowers are lovingly grown from ‘seed to bloom’ — from late winter seed sowing to the harvest of exceptional, specialty blooms.

Beautiful things take time. In a world where we are so often disconnected from the sources of things, it gives me great joy to feature these flowers, grown right here, in each of my designs. They are an invitation to pause, take notice of the little details, and delight in the wonder of the natural world.

Cultivating Abundance

From the fragrant narcissus, peony tulips, and ruffled ranunculus of spring to the scented roses, rambling sweet peas and vibrant dahlias of summer, our seaside micro-climate and specialized growing methods produce an ever-changing abundance of beauty.

I work within the context of the seasons — I believe that the magic of flowers lies in their ephemeral beauty, and in the anticipation of their return each year. My garden-based studio is open from late April through October, and for select events during the winter months.
